Registration Type

To help us pre-book a sufficient number of beds we would appreciate that you let us know in advance in which hotel you plan to stay and whether you prefer to share a room or not.

If you do not select a hotel now, or express the wish to switch hotels later, we will do our best to accomodate your new selection but please understand that we may not be able to fulfill your request.

Accomodation

Students need to provide contact information for a letter of recommendation. Academics and professionals do not need a letter of recommendation.

Travel Support for Students (optional)Only students can apply for travel support. You cannot apply if you are registered as an academic or a professional. Support will be given in priority to students that come from universities with limited means and/or far away from Japan.

Applications for financial support that are not substantiated by your recommender will not be considered.
