The research titled “Applying Relation Extraction and Graph Matching to Answering Multiple Choice Questions“ by Naoki Shimoda and Professor Akihiro Yamamoto has been published at Proceedings of the Second International Workshop on Next-Generation Language Models for Knowledge Representation and Reasoning.

On September 17, 2025, the paper “Incorporating coupling knowledge into echo state networks for learning spatiotemporally chaotic dynamics” by Kuei-Jan Chu, Assistant Professor Nozomi Akashi, and Professor Akihiro Yamamoto was published in the journal Chaos: An Interdisciplinary Journal of Nonlinear Science.

Professor Akihiro Yamamoto has been accepted JSPS Grant in Aid for Scientific Research (A) as a principal investigator. Assistant Professor Nozomi Akashi has been accepted JSPS Grant in Aid for Scientific Research (B) as a principal investigator.

On March 21, 2025, Yuan Ye won second place in the performance category of the 4th Educational Data Analysis Contest.

The research titled “Implementing Derivations of Definite Logic Programs with Self-Attention Networks” by Phan Thi Thanh Thuy and Professor Akihiro Yamamoto has been published at NeLaMKRR@KR 2024.

On April 19, 2024, the paper “Embedding Bifurcations into Pneumatic Artificial Muscle” by Assistant Professor Nozomi Akashi et al. was published in the journal Advanced Science.
